Not too bad, but it’s been awhile (7 years at least)....................... thedm (6222) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUN 2, 2004
This bottled brew poured a large sized head of fine to medium sized mostly lasting white colored bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was transparent softly carbonated and orange brown colored. The aroma was mold with malty bitter and fruity notes. The mouth feel was smooth malty and a mildly bitter biting finish. The flavors contained notes of malt hops caramel dough and other bitter notes. n0kwa (34) - Talisheek, Louisiana, USA - OCT 3, 2004

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a clear amber color with a one and a half finger thick off white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is toasted malt, herbal hops, and a touch of biscuit malt. Flavor is a lightly sweetened toasted malt with light esters. Light to medium body. This beer isn’t half bad. marksahara (79) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 7, 2008
On draught in NOLA. Pours an orangish copper with moderate white crown. Aroma is completely replete with malt, caramel malt, biscuit, and a slight hint of roasted malt. The flavour is full of sweet malt that is carried through to the finish with mild hop bitterness. This beer finishes very cleanly with a moderate carbonation and medium-bodied mouthfeel. Very easy drinking and amazingly balanced. One of the best American-brewed Märzens I’ve had. I’d love to try this in the bottle some time soon.

Bottle, at Goodbar beer club. Very clear copper, thin white head. Nose is honey malt, a bit of tea, some tobacco fruitiness. Flavor is honey malt, a bit of hop crispness. odd sweet fruitiness in the finish. DrSamPHD (68) - Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA - SEP 25, 2009
Fall Fest pours a light golden brown, with a medium white head. The aroma is of sweet malt, with a bit of citrus coming through. The body is light and so is the finish. This is a refreshing beer that would seem to be more suitable for summer. I dig it. ScottyP (425) - Brentwood, Tennessee, USA - JAN 2, 2010
Pours a clear golden with no head to speak of, some white lacing. Aroma of caramel malts, biscuit. Similar taste, hint of apple. Very light, crisp and easy finish. Finhead (1770) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - SEP 26, 2011
A clear, golden pour with a small white head. It has a very light aroma with some faint caramel. The medium body has lively carbonation. The taste is malty and earthy with a slightly dry finish. Thisis12ptfont (1199) - Los Angeles, CA, California, USA - OCT 23, 2012
Weak aromas of maple and dark fruits. See-through amber with a quick dissipating foam. Slightly watery with flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and amber malts. Overall, very simple brew with no complexity. A little watered down. I’d give this a C- rating.
