12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 10/22/2013. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy bright golden color with a 2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon zest, orange zest, floral, grass, wheat, bread, light honey, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of lemon, hop, malt, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength, a bit perfumey. Taste of lemon zest, orange zest, pear, wheat, bread, cracker, floral, grass, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon zest, orange zest, wheat, bread, cracker, floral, grass, light pepper, and herbal on the finish for a good bit. Nice balance and robustness of lemon zest, malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a slightly creamy, smooth, and crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a pretty good wheat ale. Good balance and robustness of flavors; and very smooth a crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering. boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - JUN 16, 2013

Bottle from Bu’s Café: Poured a glowing neon yellow hue topped with a thick fluffy white head. Aroma is faint yet does have the smell of citrus and lemon zest and squeezed lemon juice. The flavor is mild but has an upfront taste of artificial lemon zest. Reminds me of the flavor of eating lemon peels. Fech (291) - Parsippany, New Jersey, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Cloudy golden pour with a foamy head. Crisp lemon aroma. More of just a citrus lemon brew than the shandy I thought it would be. alexandersh (196) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Bottle; Poured golden amber with medium white head. Aroma: Citrus/ Cleaning products. Flavor: Mild flavor, lemon / citrus with bread notes and a vanilla finish.

Bottle BEST BY 11/19/14. Nose is sweet and lemony with herbs and potent light laundry detergent and minty toothpaste -- a strange but still-compelling mix. Pours lightly hazy dark yellow with a foamy white head. Taste lemon and wheat, minty toothpaste. Lightly grainy, only lightly sweet, very low bitterness, light crispness, fresh and quenching. Medium body with faint chalky coating, one I’d ask for again. Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAY 19, 2013

Aroma: The aroma is wheat and yeast, some spice, mild hop notes, and light lemon
Appearance: It pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a frothy white head and some spotty lace
Flavor: It is lightly sweet, some wheaty flavor, tart and yeasty notes, and some mild bitterness
Palate: The body is fairly light, it has a tingly carbonation, and a mildly astringent finish
This was decent enough. The lemon comes through as a lightly tart note on a wheat ale. It was different than what I was expecting. I actually thought it was a pretty balanced and drinkable beer, but it is also just a tinge on the dull side. Not bad at all.
Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid dark gold with 1-finger clingy white head. Looks good. Nose is lemon zesty pale malt, hops, some yeasty andd spicy notes. Tastes dry, white peppery and coriandery spicy, with lemony citrus and pale malt, and some finishing hops and malty sweetness. This one is good. Very crisp and very refreshing, definetly a great summer beer! Tastes similar to a shandy.
