Cloudy gold body with a slightly pinkish head. A little berry aroma, not much else. Strong rasberry flavors but absolutely no body. Really nothing good about this beer aside from it being free.

Aint purple but its got a haze! Gold haze. Raspberry nose thats fades to some malt? Light, spritzy. Light berry flavor, watery, thin. Crisp dry finish. Scuse me while i kiss this by!

Hangover (1137) - oxford, Georgia, USA - APR 24, 2004
Pours a slightly cloudy orange, with a very short lived head. Sweet, berryish, hoppy aroma. Taste is wheat, yeast, somewhat fizzy citrus tang towards the end. Short, crisp finish. Hard to rate. A fruit/wheat beer. As a wheat beer, it's slightly above average. As a fruit beer, it's pretty good (I usually don't like them). Taken together, I would have to say this is pretty decent. I may even get it again. A nice change of pace from the bananna beers :)

Pigfoot (2268) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 14, 2004
Quite little name, nice little gimmick, but, hey, how's the beer? Appearance: a hazy pale orange color, with an initially fluffy white head, that's quick to crumble away. Aroma: sweet and fruity, definitely berryish, the pure stamp of raspberries, comingled with the wheaty, yeast, citric nature of a hefe weizen. But, as a hefe weizen, it falls severely short. As an American HW, flavored with fruit, not terrible. Decent texture, light body, extraordinarily drinkable, tasty, smooth, but all in all uneventful. That does the trick sometimes though, and I'm sure this would be quite a hit with the ladies at the beach.

Hazy light green & ping. Lots of carbonation and a little peach aroma along with pilsner malts. Flavor is very fruity & tart with some hops and a grainy malt finish. Unique at best, more like a fruit beer.

Pours light yellow. Slight smell of berries. Tastes of slight berries, yeast, and citrus.

Light, slightly sweet hoppy nose. Dry wheat flavor with a short burst of sweetness followed with a dry finish

Was disappointed in this one. Raspberry nonexistant. Definitely a decent wheat. Was expecting more Raspberry. Leinenkugel Berry Weiss is still the best in this reviewers opinion if Fruit Beer appeals to you.

Very fizzy. The overall taste was decent. The raspberry was very evident but not sickening sweet. Wouldn't try it again though, especially since my wife didn't like it.

This after Lindeman's Framboise lambic...really highlighted this beer's shortfallings. Thought this was too sweet.
