Very impressive, soft chocolatey brown ale. This beer is a classic in my opinion. The nose is nice and malty, with big sweet malt and chocolate malt aromas. The palate is soft with more chocolate malt flavor, and a touch of coffee. Turbo Dog finishes with more chocolate malt goodness. This is a very malt accented beer. Goes great with desert.

No complaints hear except for when I hand this out in a cup to my friends when they are expecting coca cola. The beer is that dark. Taste is great. Another well-made Abita beer.

One of my all time favorite beers. It is dark and heavy, with a great aroma and taste. Has a hint of chocolate or coffee in the flavor.

I am biased, I grew up on this stuff being from Louisiana. We used to get kegs of Abitas beers for parties. I love it. Most of my friends love it. My wife doesnt. I would recommend this beer to people.

A grellat beer. Chocolate and nutty notes, smooth tasting, a little light on the hops. Definitely will buy this again.

Very good beer. Poured out of the bottle with a little head. The aroma was very good and you could smell it was a dark beer. Really enjoyed the taste. Good finish and very smooth and its not a heavy beer at all.
