Bottle @ X3 får skideren på af mange-share. Pours pitch black with a medium dark brown head. Aromas of vanilla, lots of fruity coffee, light peppery, milk chocolate, fudge, light roast. Taste has a shitload of vanilla up front, lightly bitter coffee and roasted malts, milk chocolate, caramel, fudge, subtle dry malty finish. Fuckin good for a non BA adjunctd stout.

4 oz. draft sample Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Raven feather black color. Aroma has a lot of coffee, vanilla, and roasted barley. My god! The flavor has coffee for days! Vanilla, coffee, and chocolate is meld well together. Yeah, the booze is lightly noticeable, not matter, the flavor is just awesome.

I decided to end my notes on CBC 2017 with this beer. At this point In the day I was light up like an evergreen tree on Christmas. Wonderful stout to pair with some Belgian waffles and reflect on the day.

Draught at CBC Boston. I see all the high ratings for this one, but it came off for me as a big boozy mess.

On tap @ Strong Ale Fest 2016. Black in color with a tan head. A mix of vanilla, espresso, and dark chocolate on the nose. It’s quite a sweet beer, certainly, but I still found it to be enjoyable. Some bitterness from the roast and coffee, a bit of bitter dark chocolate as well. Heavy on the fudge, vanilla, and some marshmallow as well.

[email protected] May 2017, Copenhagen - black pour with a tan head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste with prominent rich roasted coffee, decadent sweet chocolate, caramel, some burnt charred malty notes, vanilla caress into the close. Gorgeous.

Hoprider (743) - DENMARK - JUL 2, 2017
Pours clear deep, dark rusty brown with no head. Glossy mirror surface. Aroma has coffee, licorice, vanilla, chocolate pastry and is very intense. Taste follows along the same lines; super rich coffee, brownie, vanilla thing.. full and oily mouthfeel with soft suds. Lasting coffee, dark chocolate aftertaste. Can imagine the vanilla was more pronounced a while back. Might have added a point to my score but it’s still very very nice and still super delicious at this point.

Backlog z Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. WHAT THE FOOOOOK. Deserowa, czekoladowo-waniliowa bomba, cudowna tekstura, mega intensywne i długie posmaki. Jeden z najlepszych risów jakie piłem.
