COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In Southern California, we like our IPAs dry, light in color, aromatic, & packed with hop flavor. "Boss Pour IPA" was created to achieve just that. Simcoe, whole leaf Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, & Citra hops give it a heavy dank aroma that you can smell a few feet away.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours gold with a lacing white head. Aromais earthy, citrus, fruit. Arguably approaching dank. Med ++ body. Flavor is arguably dank, heck, call it dank.Flavor is earthy, piney, citrus, fruit, and maybe white grape. The hop is very intense, and I could be messing up the parsing. It’s intensely hoppy and flavorful. The caramel backbone is adequate, but easy to overlook. Incredible flavor strengths.

(On tap @ Hamilton’s Tavern, SD, April 4/17) Pours light gold, fairly hazy, with a tiny white head (dirty glass action). Aroma is bright and citrusy, lots of grapefruit, some mango, light orange, a bit dank and floral. Flavour of moderately dank leafy hops, pine, grapefruit, mango, citrus peels, moderate sweet pale malts, fairly juicy grapefruit in the back end with a light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slightly above average carbonation. Quite high drinkability, well balanced, not the most juicy but very nice modern IPA.

On tap @ Caps & Taps. Cloudy golden beer with a white head. Looks like juice, son. Smells mostly of pineapple and oily grapefruit. There’s a lot of orange peel, some papaya, and a bit of pine. There’s definitely a touch of bitterness to it, but a super fruity, citrusy, and tropical flavor. A good bit of stone fruit as well. Slight sweetness, mild to moderate bitterness, and a mild malt flavor. A nice offering from a solid brewery.

On draft somewhere. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong with potent, fresh grapefruit and hints of dank. Light pale malt profile. The flavor has a little more dank than grapefruit, but still citrus heavy with nice dankness. Pale malts. Very clean. Great stuff.
