Batch 1 bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong apricot, oak, brett, yeast. Sour as hell, like an apricot warhead. Yes

750ml bottle split. Huge nose of funk, fruit, and a farmhouse doughiness. Extremely tart and sour that balanced by the smoothness of apricot. Not sweet at all. Finishes dry and puckering. This is one of the best balanced sours I have had.

Big sourness, aged for a year in my basement. Pretty good and drinkable. Sour with apricot taste secondary. Bright yellow, little head. Thanks Jason B.

This is a really tasty apricot sour with a lots of fruity and juicy flavors. A little vinous, plenty sour and it just tastes awesome.

Bottle HUGE thanks to wchesser in a sour swap! Batch 2 bottled 11/12/12 bottle number 1043. Pour has a lightly hazy orange golden color with a light coat of white foam that fell right off. Aroma has medium acidity, dry apricot, brett, golden sour base, light barrel wood, and yeast. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation quite low. Flavor gets intense on the acidity, light apricot, brett, oak, dry lemon, and a lingering intense finish. I know the bottle is over six months old but I expected more brightness in the fruit however I am very impressed in this beer overall and coming out of Coors Brewing is a real head spinner.

Hazy apricot colored pour with a fluffy white head. JESUS this is good. Juicy fruit, loads of puckering sourness...holy hell!
