Sampled on 9/2/2012. This wild/sour ale pours a hazy light golden yellow color (apricot) from a 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is apricot, tart, slightly funky, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity, tart and sweet. Nice apricot flavors, they mix well with all that tartness. Some barnyard and some citrus as well. Truly an amazing beer for a most unlikely source. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart.

Batch 1 bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong apricot, oak, brett, yeast. Sour as hell, like an apricot warhead. Yes JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - AUG 18, 2013

750ml bottle split. Huge nose of funk, fruit, and a farmhouse doughiness. Extremely tart and sour that balanced by the smoothness of apricot. Not sweet at all. Finishes dry and puckering. This is one of the best balanced sours I have had. slowrunner77 (12037) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 9, 2014
"Hazy golden orange ale. Smells of fresh apricots & some funk. Definitely has some bugs in the barrel as well as Brett in the bottle. Flavor is quite tart, with nice interplay between sweet and sour apricot. Good wild ale. Abv could be 5 or 10%...super hard to tell with this kid of beer." cubs (10635) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAY 7, 2012
Tap @ Rackhouse. Cloudy, brownish orange appearance with a white head. Very tart, stone fruit, rich apricot, peach fruity pit aroma. Intensely sour, super delicious, rich apricot, light peach, somewhat funky, oaky, lactic flavor with a lastingfruity sour finish. Nice one! Excellent fruits.
