12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Dry and mouldy aroma. Flavour with mild citric and clean apple flavour. A holds light phenolic dry mouldy note on the back of the tongue. Light artificial touch into the finish and surprisingly clean and strong flavoured. cgarvieuk (24815) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 1, 2009

Draft at the cider pub. Dark amber color; sort of like old honey. Mild apple aroma. Refreshing lightly cooked apple. Not over cooked. Not really sweet, but not really dry. Prefer it to the plain cider. Tmoney99 (14626) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 12, 2008
Sample at Knoxville Brewers’ Jam. Poured light pale color with a small white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light aroma of apple and honey. Light body with a thin texture. Flavor of sweet apple with a light sweet finish. My expectations were met.

a little more generic and bland than the two towns, but similar. Adequate is the best descriptor. Nothing bad, nothing special. deyholla (11759) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 19, 2015
On tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear gold with a yellow hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma combines sweet apple and honey with a touch of dryness. Flavor has a harsh sweet apple note with honey growing through the cider and some flora in the finish. A bit syrupy. DocLock (10745) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2005
Draft at the Brickskellar. Pale gold pour with some honey and apple in the aroma and flavor. A slight tartness coupled with some honey is evident at the finish. Decent.
