Smells like musty dry apple. Clear body. Juicy crisp apple flavor. Crisp on the palate.

Subtle tart apple aromas. Pale straw. Dry, somewhat tart. Light bodied, crisp, sensation of higher alcohol.

Loved this cider. It is a pear hard cider with a soft champagne palate with a fruity aroma. It fits with the current trend of dry ciders that remind one of dry eclectic white wine/champagne.

"A little overrated me thinks on this here site. Nothin wrong with it, but nothing stands out either. It would be straight up average but for the slightly too bubbly feel and an abv you can taste a touch more than I’d prefer."

Bottle at home. Pours a very play yellow almost clear. Thin dissipating white head. Aroma is green apples and some alcohol. Flavor is slight apple and somewhat tart. Very dry. Very thin bodied. Decent cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle. Clear fizzy juice. Smells of feet. Tastes like SweeTart candies. Who buys this? (4172)

This was poured into a wine glass. The appearance was a golden yellow to orange color with a decent transparency about it allowing a light carbonation to be seen rising throughout. The smell had a deep dry apple vinous and spritz inessential pummeling my nose. The taste was mainly the same thing with a slight sweetness trying to come in. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was harsh and dry. Overall, maybe okay for those that like this sort of thing, thanks for the tick as I probably wouldn’t come back to this.

12oz bottle, thanks to Shawn. Kind of pale, clear golden color. Minimal off-white bubbly head. Medium body. Kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Light slick finish. Clean apple juice aroma. Kind of yellow / light bit of green apple type flavor. Lightly tart, moderate sweet. Decent cider. Reasonably easy-drinking. Not too sweet -- 6.9% is hidden well. Not much to it, but pretty solid.

Just a little sweetness but has a weird mouth feel. Pours goldyellow with a tiny head from tap. Easy to finish

VinegarStroke (441) - Napa, California, USA - JUN 17, 2014
Bottle: Clear pale green straw color. No head or lace. Funky aromas. Almost reductive. Simple and neutral but fresh. Maybe mouldy. Very dry and acid. Almost phenolic. Low carbonation. Very tart. Interesting texture but lacking complexity and depth of flavor. Good length.
