I had this at Global Brew. Pours clear pale yellowish thin white head. Taste tart, citrus, light. I thought this was good for a cider. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This pours a crystal clear yellow color. It is sort of bland and vaguely fruity tasting. Definitely nice and dry and a bit champagne like as advertised. It is a bit astringent in the finish (from apple skins?) and it is a little bit acided. Aside from being bland, there is nothing really wrong w/ this so it is, at least, better than those ciders which taste like apple soda pop.

Really enjoyable, with a sweet flavor and a dry finish. For gluten free, this is pretty solid.

2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Pours a fizzy light pale yellow color. Aroma is herbal, with notes of urin, yeast, apples. Taste of sour lemon, yeast, and bitter apples.

Draught at World of Beers, Key West. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of apples.

obguthr (6530) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - NOV 21, 2013
Apple juice nose. Crystal clear golden, some carbonation visible. Apples, tart and slightly vinegary. Nothing special.

On tap at Stubbys MKE beer week 2013. Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of spiced apples with the skins firmly attached. Taste is tart and sour with apples and cinnamon.

michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - OCT 2, 2013
Bottle. Clear, light golden, average carbonation and aroma. Taste is on the dry side. Nothing special, but nothing really flawed. I enjoyed it.

lb4lb (2627) - Austin, Texas, USA - SEP 28, 2013
Very dry and champagne like. Under carbonated however which really kills it for me. Would like this better if it were a bit crisper feeling to go along with the nice dry Apple flavor. Decent.

jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2013
Draft. Not very good. Really watery. Meh. Dry with a decent apple aroma but not much in the way of flavor.
