Tonkun (1296) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 20, 2012
Bottle. Light golden pour with no head. Flower, wax, green apple, Californian Sauvignon Blanc. Some bitterness. More wine than cider. Not bad but want more character as a cider.

Slubgob (339) - West Hartford, USA - MAY 18, 2012
Half point of tap, slight bit of fine white lave at edge of glass pale gold. Nose of Apple.semi dry with more apples and a touch of granny Smith tartness.shower finish.some light tannin.respectable if not remarkable cider

jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Yellow-gold with no head / Stylish, lightly sweet, nose of apple, grapes, and corn, with a hint of barnyard / Medium body, steely, resinous, and mostly dry with just a hint of sugar / Clean flavors of green apple brandy, pear, resin, and hay / Not really champagne-like, but a fine American cider.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 4/30/12, (same label as the picture except that it says it is only 6.9% alcohol)

Aroma: The nose has a good amount of apple, with some dry characteristics
Appearance: The pour is a completely clear light gold color (reminds me of white grape juice)
Flavor: Tastes sweet and fruity, some tartness too, this is somewhere between a cider and a wine
Palate: The body is light, but not at all watery, with average carbonation, and slightly tingly finish
Overall Impression: This is an alright cider. I didn’t love it, but then again, I don’t love most ciders. It was kind of different in that it had that slightly wine-like characteristic to it that you don’t see in a lot of other ciders.

Bottle- Not much head/carbonation. Very pale color with a lovely fruitly nose. Dry, with a bit of savory around the edges. Pretty good all around

RobertDale (6755) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Sample at KC Beerfest 10-22. Comes a clear pale yellow with just a bit of head. Aroma of apples. Taste is sweet apples and yeast. Not too sweet. Decent.

madvike (3292) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 23, 2011
Bottle - Cascading bubbles rise from the pale clear yellow body to form a small foamy white head. Aroma is white wine, muted green apple, and a little pear. Very dry. The taste brings to mind champagne, with a touch of tart, dry apple throughout. The white wine character is still there and some red apple sweetness comes through on the finish. Tart and quenching, it’s actually fairly substantial in the mouth, with champagne-like carbonation biting a bit. I’m really surprised this one is getting beat up so much. Admittedly I don’t have many cider ratings, and I may look at this one and laugh someday, but I quite enjoyed this.

AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Clear light golden color/ fizzy head. Mild sulfer, yeasty white bread, yellow apple aromas. Light to medium body. Semi dry flavors of golden apples, white bread, mild sulfer again, crisp finish--decent

magsinva (1423) - Virginia, USA - AUG 26, 2011
Tap at green man - pours a pale pale green yellow with a slight white head. Aroma is a light green apple, crust, cinnamon. Taste is a dry sweetly sour. They remind me of diluted green apple jolly ranchers. Palate is bright, bubbly note with lingering dryness. Better than I was expecting! Would get again on tap.

Nsanders (1163) - St Paul, Minnesota, USA - AUG 6, 2011
Very light yellow, looks a little thicker than some of the other ciders. Smells dry and wine-like. Tastes tart and dry. This drank like a dry apple based wine really, good summer drink.
