12oz bottle in mix6 pack, pours clear pear color, kind of reminds me of white wine, aroma is mostly of apples with nothing else, the flavor is very sweet with green apples on the front end, dry finish, meh, never been a fan of ciders.

bottle labeled Joker Hard Cider and 6.9%. Pours light yellow with no head. Aroma is tart green apples and sweet cider. Flavor is dry as hell with high carbonation, like a brute yeast. Tart apple skins through and through.

Bottle. Pours golden thin head. Nice apple flavor but taste more like a beer than other ciders I’ve had. Medium body, flavor hides alcohol well. Pretty tasty.

22oz bottle at Mark and Beth’s house. Pours a hazy gold color. Pretty nice aroma of fresh apples, pears, and honest to God watermelon. Flavor is pleasant and dry. Tasty.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light apple. Flavor is very tart apple, light sulphur, and yeast that lingers on the tongue.

Not the best smelling or most attractive cider I’ve ever seen. Smells like a little apple, and some champagne yeast. Looks like a drug test sample. Tastes like a beautifully dry, yet still complex champagne. There are fresh apple and pear flavors, some slightly tannic, mouth puckering flavors as well, and then the champagne yeast that lets it all finish long, clean and dry. This is a well done, classic hard cider.

Bottle at Sunset when we stopped in for their Shorts event prior to EBF. Pours a clear straw yellow gold. Sweet apples, toast, and sugar. Almost cheesy on the nose, weird cream cheese sort of aromas. Apple strudel perhaps? Lightly effervescent. Soft caramel and toast. Decent enough.

Pale gold, no head, dry, high carbonation.

Dry apple juice, musty champagne yeast.

Hides alcohol well, but not that great, imo.

almost crystal clear with a high fizzy carbonation taste. its got an extremely dry taste with very little of what was once apples. Almost like a Champagne. It doesnt taste like it has 8% and that’s a good thing

12 oz bottle says 6.9% abv. Pours a clear straw yellow with no head. Aroma of sharp, tart apple. Flavor of tart apple, dry. Mouthfeel is high, fizzy carbonation. Overall, tasty.
