Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light apple. Flavor is very tart apple, light sulphur, and yeast that lingers on the tongue. bigabe (194) - California, USA - MAR 19, 2011
Not the best smelling or most attractive cider I’ve ever seen. Smells like a little apple, and some champagne yeast. Looks like a drug test sample. Tastes like a beautifully dry, yet still complex champagne. There are fresh apple and pear flavors, some slightly tannic, mouth puckering flavors as well, and then the champagne yeast that lets it all finish long, clean and dry. This is a well done, classic hard cider. j12601 (10925) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAR 17, 2011
Bottle at Sunset when we stopped in for their Shorts event prior to EBF. Pours a clear straw yellow gold. Sweet apples, toast, and sugar. Almost cheesy on the nose, weird cream cheese sort of aromas. Apple strudel perhaps? Lightly effervescent. Soft caramel and toast. Decent enough. SanfordBrewer (1574) - Sanford, Florida, USA - FEB 15, 2011
Pale gold, no head, dry, high carbonation.unclemike (3115) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - FEB 1, 2011
Dry apple juice, musty champagne yeast.
Hides alcohol well, but not that great, imo.
almost crystal clear with a high fizzy carbonation taste. its got an extremely dry taste with very little of what was once apples. Almost like a Champagne. It doesnt taste like it has 8% and that’s a good thing

12 oz bottle says 6.9% abv. Pours a clear straw yellow with no head. Aroma of sharp, tart apple. Flavor of tart apple, dry. Mouthfeel is high, fizzy carbonation. Overall, tasty. mlunger12 (645) - Orlando, Florida, USA - NOV 16, 2010
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2011 I love this stuff, light and crisp, apples and nice carbonation, bubbly feel. Much better than other watery or overly sweet ciders, great stuff. ExpendableHero (916) - Florida, USA - NOV 11, 2010
This was pretty awesome. Looks like a hazy Budweiser. Aroma of apples. Tastes like very sour apples and sugar. Mouth puckering at first, but the sour apple taste gives way to some fruity sweetness in the end. The high ABV is nicely hidden. Perfect company to a plate of smoked duck. arondee (601) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - OCT 27, 2010
Pours a clear yellow color with tons of bubbles and no head. Aromas are sweet apple and pear. The taste is like a dry sweet champagne with a hint of apple and some alcohol. Not as good as their Pear cider. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 14, 2010
(22oz bottle) Pours a transparent pale yellow highlighted body with a spare white head. Aroma of apple, perfume, and florals. Flavor of tart apple and light earthiness with a somewhat dry finish.
