Draft at the cider pub. Champagne color. Light fresh apple scent. Very crisp and lightly tart. Rather hints of Granny Smith. Perhaps the best cider I’ve ever had - freshness may have something to do with this. I think really fresh ciders are better than bottles. Course I’m projecting from a pretty small database. gunnfryd (15176) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 2, 2017

Bottle at Sunset when we stopped in for their Shorts event prior to EBF. Pours a clear straw yellow gold. Sweet apples, toast, and sugar. Almost cheesy on the nose, weird cream cheese sort of aromas. Apple strudel perhaps? Lightly effervescent. Soft caramel and toast. Decent enough. slowrunner77 (12581) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 20, 2014
"A little overrated me thinks on this here site. Nothin wrong with it, but nothing stands out either. It would be straight up average but for the slightly too bubbly feel and an abv you can taste a touch more than I’d prefer." deyholla (12021) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear watery gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is quite thin with just a hint of tart apple. Flavor is also quite watery with just a bit of apple coming through.
