   AROMA 9/10   APPEARANCE 5/5   TASTE 10/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 19/20

I just had this beer and i have to accept it’s absolutely one of the best beers I ever tasted. Only the Sint Bernardus 12 seems to be close. The taste is very full and has a kind of wooden taste. The Westvleteren 8 is absolutely more fruity, but less exceptionnal. I absolutely recommend the beer and the website that helped me to get the beer for a good price (even if i don’t know if this is allowed in my review: http://westvleteren12.webs.com/ ) Enjoye

Slight chocolate aroma, beautiful deep brown/red colour with off-white head. Good fulness, carbonation pushes flavours around, caramelly bread.

Výborné belgické pivo, s charakteristickými rysy. Silný karamelový říz, krémová pěna a nasládlejší chuť.

0.3l bottle. Pours in dark brown colour with off white small head, muddy liquid. Aroma of caramel, honey, sweets. Medium bitter, very light bitter, no sourness. Medium body, thick feel, average carbonization, medium lasting sweet and very light caramel aftertste

Lovely dark brown colour. A taste of Belgium in a glass. I'm in love. Lighter in taste than expected but a taste that packs a punch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bière brune assez claire, un peu rousse avec très peu de mousse pas trop pétillante, un arôme assez acide
