An epic brew from Achilles, a red-brown rich and malty masterpiece with just a dash of hoppy bitterness for balance.

Explodes from the bottle. Pours a dull orange colour. Sweet candy aroma with a hint of malt. Massive carbonation in the mouth. Strong candy flavour dominates with some softer, fruity notes. A little warming alcohol in the finish.

(bottle - 750 ml) Hazy orange color with a lot of carbonation and suspended sediment. Aroma is mild but spicy with some sweet malt and light hop hints. Flavor is spicy and strong at the beginning with lots of sweet and caramel malts, spices, and a lightly bitter finish. Very alcoholic all throughout.

Bottled(330ml). -Trade with faroeviking (thanks Jacob!)
Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, slight alcoholic fruity nose. Very fruity, mild spicy and yeasty taste. Alcohol is quite noticable but still easy drinkable brew.

750 ml bottle. Pours a golden orange with lots of suspended floaties. It has a huge spongy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet fruity and bready malts, with a little grassy bitterness and some funk. Some dark fruit / fruitcake comes out as it warms.

The flavor is some sweet malts with light bitterness and spicy yeast - it’s a bit washed out. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with a velvety mouthfeel.

Overall, a decent brew. It reminded me a lot of fruit cake.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in a trade with faroeviking (thanks!)
A huge gusher at first, settled on a murky darker peachy colour with a medium sized thick head. Lemony, slightly dusty sticky sweet maltiness, some light alcohol. Jam-like sweet fruity malty taste, silky smooth body, some alcohol but no burn. No bitterness, pleasant. Fine, drinkable but nothing too special I guess.

Dedollewaitor (16159) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2009
33cl bottle @ BierCircus, Brussels. Pours a orange amber with a fully lasting creamy head and lacings. Fruit, yeast, warmth, liquorice, alcohol and chewing gum. Full bodied and well combined flavors
