Dark amber colored with cloudy appearance. Medium sized light brown head. Toffee and caramel in aroma with some plums, berries and dried fruits. Medium bodied. Flavor is more nutty and chocolaty with slightly watery palate. Aftertaste dries with lemon and hops, some nuts also here. yespr (45412) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - APR 18, 2008
12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a creamy and slowly diminishing light tan head. Loads of malt and overripe fruity notes. Caramel malt towards toffee flavoured. Showing a light overripe fruit note. Bitterness from the hops is slowly showing through the dense malt flavours. Light bitterness into the finish. Bottle. Average light creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Light cloudy amber color. The base of this brew is mainly malty notes with a good portion of hops to go with it. Light nutty and toasted malt, caramel, hint of fruit and yeast. Then comes light floral and hint of pine from the hops. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet with good counter bitterness. Light bitter floral accent. Quit nice. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2007
Bottle at Bagers. Clear brown - offwhite head. Red berries, dark bread, chokolate, light dusty, caramel, grains, medium sweetness. Light watery body and finish. sunevdj (4087) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2007
Pours a hazy brown with a small off-white diminishing head. Very sweet with a light acidic hint and a slight bitterness. Very malty with aromas of grain, molasses, straw and cereals. Rather bready. Medium to full bodied and slightly oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Long sweet finish. Skinnyviking (9569) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 25, 2007
Bottle. Low and hardly existing brown head. The body is hazy dark red. Aroma of caarame. otherwise prettey much alcohold and hops, mild though. Flavlr dominated pretty much cominated by alconol a high carbonation. Low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Sorry mates I do not get it. My expectations are a sweet caramel dominated beer without too much alcohol. Alcohol percentage is ok but sweetness cocoa caramel or goodness knows what I knoe. Too bad: Your beer lacks character. screigh (737) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 11, 2007
Poured brown...like apple cider. Super hazy like an unfiltered wheat. No head at all. Slight malt aroma. Slight malt flavor with some weird metallic twang in the finish. Looks and tastes like someones first attemp at homebrew.
