Cask at The Sun Inn, Stafford (Titanic) A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of biscuity malts, some butter, slight lemon, a little honey and subtle caramel. Taste of biscuity malts, honey, some caramel, slight butter, a little lemon and subtle earthy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, malty bitterness in the finish. A big standard malty golden ale. Ok.

McNeillR (2329) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 27, 2016
Fairly staunch clear golden very thin ringed head producing some thinly spotted lacing. Nose is grassy dishcloth lemon. Initial taste is a keen but acrid citrus, brassy bitterness. Thin enough mouthfeel. Finishes awkwardly bitter and lingers minerally and coppery. Wouldn’t say it was in great nick in fairness.

Cask, The Crown, Belfast
