Niall73 (2434) - Ontario, CANADA - MAR 25, 2015
Cask at jdw streatham hill. Pours a slightly hazy dark reddy amber with an off white head. Aroma has caramel and light grass. Medium body, light carbonation. Caramel, apple, light ginger, wood, some resiny stuff... Decent balance. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Reddish amber with off white head. This was a fruity, malty number, berry flavour to the fore, some sweetness, some slight herby notes. Moderate palate. Reasonable.

BlackHaddock (7746) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2015
Cask pint in my local Wetherspoons on 9th March 2015. Not as red as a ’bullseye’ but there is a red hue to the brown body, an off-white head topped it off. Mild aroma of red berries and hedgerow fruits, the taste similar: bittering drying finish. Decent.

Good.
