Amber, clear, bubbly thin white head
Aroma - only getting touch of minerals initially then some dry zest
Taste - bitter zesty hops, maybe lemon zest. Light pale caramel malt background, more bitterness than fruitiness, minerals cramping the zest, not really a fan of this
Palate - very soft carb, thinnish body, quite oily. Considerably bitter finish, zesty and herbal with some bitter minerals
Overall - Not a fan of this, finish too bitter
Cask at Live and Let Live, Cambridge. Clear golden brown pour with a big bubbly head and broken lace. Weak aroma with occasional floral hints, leading to a massively hoppy bitter flavour with palate hugging spicy bitterness. Some lingering liqourice notes too. A superbly refreshing beer. deyholla (11900) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Cask with Sarah. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy/musty grain with a hint of grassy hops. Aroma has earthy grain with musty pine hops and a hint of underlying grapefruit.
