Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A deep brown colour with a foamy off white head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, some coffee, wafers and some hazelnuts. Taste of roasted malts, chocolate, hazelnuts, some coffee, biscuit, slight dried fruits, subtle liquorice and earthy hops. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, roasty bitterness in the finish.
