GarrettB (1713) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 3, 2017
February 27th, 2015 - A spicy red ale, the Mosh Pit is a nice little prick to the tongue, with its spicy cinnamon and Apple Jacks aroma. Deeper still is a caramel and tahini richness with I huff with glee. The flavor is more savory than the aroma, with a thinnish body expressing the somewhat bitter tastes of red Virginia tobacco, toffee and cinnamon. It's a flavor that is interesting enough that I both like it and dislike it. There's a heavy vein of caramel running in there too, but more bitter than sweet.

Taster, taproom. Auburn, good tan head. Malt and some spice on the aroma. Almost rye-ish on the taste, very more-ish.

Malty caramel aroma. Pours opaque orange-red with a white head. Taste is very malty, a little sour and an unfortunate hint of a metallic flavor.

snoworsummer (6374) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 4, 2015
From a bottle. Pours hazy copper with a thin, fizzy off white head. Tastes like toasted malt, floral and grassy hops, faint caramel, and some dry straw with hop bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Smells like bready and cereal malts, citrus, floral notes, some grassiness, some caramel, and faint nuttiness.
