Bottled on: 12/14/2013 Appearance: Honey blonde body with a rich honey colored center. Hazy with a medium height- crisp white head that is thick and frothy Nose: Light Belgian style malt scents, honey and clove Palate: Wonderfully refreshing, bright and crisp. Fruits, pears, lemon zest, citrus, clove, light alcohol presence. Terrific mouthfeel, light and crisp Overall: Easily the best Tripel I’ve come across- Adelbert’s beers have such a good balance of character and you get the sense that you aren’t missing anything in the beer. It’s heavier in alcohol content, yet you wouldn’t know it. Extremely enjoyable and highly recommended. -BeerandWhiskeyHQ.com

Thebullshornbar (74) - Florida, USA - MAR 12, 2014
Definitely one of the more fruit forward triples thats packs in the spices. Very juicy with strong flavors of pineapple, pear, clove, starfruit, honey and phenols. This beer is quite pleasant until the finish, where the juicier notes tend to linger on without anything (typical tartness) to balance out this beer. Overall this is a slightly different triple that really works off of a creamy and juicer palate.

Very cloudy orange pour. Thin wisps of white head. Aroma is honey, toast, orange and lemon. Flavor is the same. Lots of honey and orange. Bits of ginger and other spices. Light carbonation and a pretty thick palate that reminds me of something like orange juice. I'd like it a bit lighter and brighter, but pretty solid overall

750ml thanks to after4ever! Always nice trying something decent from the land of Texas. This was straight down the middle your average triple. Hints of light fruit and spices, bit of lingering palate. Nice beverage.

From Rare Beer Club. A light hazy honey color. Really explosive floral taste. Manages to be effervescent and full-bodied at the same time. Very good tripel.
