COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Recently named “3rd Best Craft Beer in the Hudson Valley” by TAP NY, Dirty is an American style-wheat beer with a twist. Brewing this beer with American ale yeast keeps it light and refreshing. An enormous Cascade and Centennial dry hop gives this beer a strong grapefruit aroma and a pleasant citrusy flavor.

Draught @ the source. Clear golden with small foamy whitish head, faint malt aroma, high carbonation, bitter malty taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Nothing spectacular.

lightly dusty 6 pack at the West Hurley rip and run. Yes Hops abound and smooth malt is tertiary. Head abounds and is quite lively. The Dirty or yeasty side dominates to make this as close to a Slovak Kvas beerthat I have had in the states. On its way out as the yeast tones take over and twist the taste buds.

Bottle shared. Thanks TimE. A little bit of musty grapefruit and peach, some bandaid notes. Lightly infected, but still enjoyable.

Golden color. Big frothy white head. A bit of bandaid and grapefruit. It’s beat up. Not great.

A gift from a friend in Eureka who got it in the Beer of the Month selection. Pours clear gold with a large white head. Nose citrus and caramel malts. Medium plus body. Flavor is citrus and the the finish is citrus bitter .Very nice pale ale..

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange to yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about thirty seconds. Light speckled lacing roams around the glass. The smell starts off with some peach inducing a light herbal/grassiness leading into a semi-sweet citrus. A light rind-like quality runs into combine. The taste moderately blends the citrus with the peach and the herbal/grassiness. A light amount of citrus blends into the aftertaste and leads to a wet citrus finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light and still the bitterness is mainly subdued. Overall, not a bad beer, but I don’t see it as a wheat ale. Probably could have again for me.

floydslip (419) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 13, 2015
Cloudy light gold beer with a thick fizzy bright white head. Resinous nose of pine, wax, and herbs. Flavor is bright with juicy hops with some peach, tangerine, and lemon all hitting at once followed by a bit of bitter pith. Light in body with crisp effervescence, this is an easy beer to drink, but it lacks a bit of depth. Decent.

Not sure what I was expecting but just not a very tasty beer. Bitter but otherwise lacking in flavor
