ogivlado (7839) - Zagreb, CROATIA - FEB 7, 2013
Bottled 500ml. -Yellow/golden coloured, small white head, some mild notes of hops in the nose. Sweetish malty, light hoppy and some odd herbal/fruit tea like notes in the finish. Probably bad batch...

On draught in the brewery’s Biergarten. A pilsner in the dominant Franconian usage, which is to say light, well hopped in an historical a sense and crisp-edged. Oh that all were like this.

Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light grassy hoppyness. Medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and dryish, some grassy - herbal hoppyness. OK dryish and nicely hopped pils.

Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 9, 2011
Draft @ Adler Brau Merklein Stettfield...glassy gold, sparkly clear with stable white head. Floral hop aroma. Very quaffable and refreshing. Light on the tongue with low malt sweetness and high on the leafy and floral hops.

Oakes (17699) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 31, 2011
Golden colour with thick pils head. Hoppy-grassy aroma. The herbal hops are nice, with moderate bitterness. Pale malts are refined, clean and understated. I was thirsty after a tough ride into the wind and this hit the spot.
