Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 19, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery, ABV 4.9%. Hazy golden yellow, sour nose. Fruity and sour, hints of buttermilk, hints of citrus fruit. Malty background, aromatic hoppy notes as well. A very interesting and fascinating beer which is more and more appealing. The buttermilk-sourness gives it a wild character. I would like to open the second bottle to find out more about the character of this beer. Of course I don’t because it is already reserved for my friends in Bochum. An unclear yellow beer with a huge but fastly dying white head. The aroma contains strong notes of citrus as well as light malty notes. The flavor is very fresh malty with light citrus notes, but with a thin body. JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - JAN 26, 2006
(on bottle) Fresh, cheasy aroma. Light mouthfeel, but lso soft like a oktoberfest. Grassy, herby taste, rather refreshing finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a small, creamy head. Fruity, lightly bananaish nose. Soft, malty with some notes of bubble gum. Unusual for it’s style, but fine indeed. 210106 joergen (29611) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2006
Cloudy yellow coloured with a white head.
Aroma of malts, fruits and corn.
Flavour of malts, fruits and hops. Hildigöltur (5103) - København, DENMARK - JAN 20, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Very cloudy golden coloured. Malty, bready and sweet. Extremely soft mouthfeel due to the low carbonation level. Light bitterness in the finish. Very well balanced and pleasant.
