Draught at the brewpub. Very cloudy golden coloured. Malty, bready and sweet. Extremely soft mouthfeel due to the low carbonation level. Light bitterness in the finish. Very well balanced and pleasant. bartlebier (3946) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - AUG 11, 2016
Draught and 50cl bottle bb10/2016 from Tettnanger Hopfenwandertag 2016. Unfiltered pillowy Pils goodness with an orchestrated lovely bite. - Hints of freshly fallen orchard fruit build throughout the dry yet rich proteins of this near-Bavarian SouthWest Kellerpils. Crispness meets a natural fruity malt and late herbal melissa hop zing. A touch above many a malt/yeast-sweet Südbaden Kellerpils. RBians missing the delicate regional loveliness of this brew should be put on a yearlong diet of facelesse Euro-IPAs. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 19, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery, ABV 4.9%. Hazy golden yellow, sour nose. Fruity and sour, hints of buttermilk, hints of citrus fruit. Malty background, aromatic hoppy notes as well. A very interesting and fascinating beer which is more and more appealing. The buttermilk-sourness gives it a wild character. I would like to open the second bottle to find out more about the character of this beer. Of course I don’t because it is already reserved for my friends in Bochum. Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before 20.11. Smooth grainy-sweetish. Very dry in the mainpart, not too deep, fresh, smooth. Slightly sweetish-grainy in the aftertaste with nearly no bitterness. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 21, 2014

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a small, creamy head. Fruity, lightly bananaish nose. Soft, malty with some notes of bubble gum. Unusual for it’s style, but fine indeed. 210106 fonefan (48787) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2010
