Crosse Keys Spoons. Almost clear amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is delightfully fresh and smooth. Semi dry with good fine carbonation. Light fresh creamy malt. Nice balancing hops - semi sweet fresh orange and mild floral notes. Turns much more bitter and provides a long bitter linger. Just a really nicely balanced, fresh and drinkable beer. Nice one!

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold to amber with no head. Very thin and watery on the palate, some sweet syrupy fruit, slightly floral, elderflower cordial, but really too wishy washy. Not good. Stuu666 (13395) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 6, 2014
