First discovered in Wetherspoons Leeds as a draught. Marvellous, light easy-to-drink ale. Definitely a "session" beer. I live the drinkability of it and the citrus hints. Drink it whenever I find it.

Pivo piji jako každý obyčejný člověk, mé komenty tedy nemaji takovou hodnotu jako u pivnich znalců. Pišu sem jen protože musim pro statistiku :D

This is OK; relatively thin body but some grapefruit and mango flavours come through. Little aroma.

Cask at the Foot of the Walk. Pours copper, sweet with salty burnt toffee/caramel taste.

Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 8 April 2013. Poured a clear, bright amber, with a dense off-white head. Aroma was slightly dulled; some citrus, copper and caramel. Flavours have more assertive hop character, with grapefruit, marmalade and biscuity malt. Finish was bitter resin, dry grain and soda bread.

Cask Pint at Wibbas Down (JDW), Wimbledon, London in Apr 2013 during Spoons Festival - Deep Amber Red in colour. Hoppy; citrus hops. Fruity; lemon citrus. Malty; toasty malts, caramel. Moderately bitter hoppy with a sweet malt backbone. Decent.

[Cask at the Monk’s Retreat (JDW), Reading] Amber-red with a beige head and a moderate fizz - really quite fizzy for a cask beer. Ooh, unusual aroma, can’t quite place it. On tasting it there’s some chilli, a deep toffee malt background, then definite pine, orange and grapefruit. It draws you in - it’s very more-ish. A big like from me on this one, I do enjoy Adnams’ efforts as these festivals. Lengthy grapefruit finish.
