On tap somewhere! Clear amber beer, low carbonation. Softish semi dry palate. Light bubblegum but otherwise this is mostly dry wheaty malt. Doesn’t look like or taste like a proper wheat beer.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, toffee, moderate yeasty, light banana, herbs notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Queen, London. Coppery colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some mild notes of herbs as well. Flavour is mainly wheat and fruits, but has some slight herbs and wood as well.
Cask conditioned handpump Southwark Tavern London. A dark gold coloured beer with a loose white head. A really authentic hefeweizen with banana and clove notes throughout. Very wheaty in the mouth with a fuller body than with these beers brewed in Germany. A really decent well brewed beer. Knocks seven tons out of the poor Kolsch MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 16, 2009
A Sim rate (cask at the Ranelagh): So, I’m the first rater, eh? I wasn’t even supposed to be drinking today except I (like an idiot) left my keys at work so I’m sitting in the pub waiting for Mes to fetch me so I can go home. It’s quite a nice beer. Aroma is very citric and wheaty. It’s both lime and grapefruit with a delicate sweetness. The flavour is soft but tangy with a wheaty kick in the finish. I keep sucking my gums to taste the wheatiness which can only be a good sign. I expected less, but got a very tasty after work tipple. Enjoyed it!
