Lightly sweet accompanied by a light bitterness. Body is quite light, texture slightly oily. Average carbonation. Hoppy bitterness to finish. Decent summer ale. Cask - bright amber with a lightly browned head. Aroma of tangerine, passion fruits, a little coriander seed and grass. Taste of earth, coriander and sweet tangerine with flowers and hints of honey, followed by grassy bitterness and lemon with a hint of sourness. Medium/heavy body. Super tasty.

(cask) clear amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of pears and some floral hops, with a hint of yeast, light marzipan and cashew nuts. flavour is mostly cactus juice and yeast, slightly green, with a hint of grainy pale malts and a light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.
