Bottle, shared with my wife. Beautiful deep copper orange, lasting finely bubbled off white head. Aroma is caramel malts, a little toast, chocolate, and yeast. Light palate with enjoyable flavours of fruity caramel with a suggestion of walnuts, as much from the dry finish as from flavour. A nice mild that doesn’t come across as watery.

Bottle. Dark Ruby Red in colour. Malty; roasty biscuity malts, caramel, toffee, chocolate. Fruity; berries? Hoppy; grassy earthy hops. Bitter roast malty throughout. Very dry finish. (2009-04)

En fin øl med en masse smag. Klassisk ølsmag, altså en smag af maltsødme og let humlet.

LazyPyro (1099) - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2016
500ml bottle. Dark chestnut brown colour with a smooth off-white head. Aroma is malts, perhaps very gently roasted, caramel, fruit, hints of spices. Taste of slightly sweet/fruity malts, faintly bitter finish. Smooth. Not much to talk about with this one.

ManVsBeer (10240) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2016
Bottle. Dark amber red with a very thin head. Not too different from the cask, with an older ale style, some sweetness, but not high on flavour.

Bottle at home. Chestnut brown amber coloured pour with a loose cream coloured head. Aroma is big mineral, oyster, seaweed with semi sweet nutty malts, liquorice, burnt toast. Flavour is composed of sweet toasted grains, nutty with some toffee, toffee apple, hints of liquorice, honey on toast. Big malty flavours for the abv. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation. OK.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pivoljub Ljubljana. Clear amber coloured, minimal off-white head, caramel and dark fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, dried fruits and touch of metal with sugary finish. Too sweet and not so good.

lokis333 (488) - Biržai, LITHUANIA - OCT 7, 2015
Clear dark chestnut color with caramle dark foam. Aroma is bit spicy, seems like it was aged bit alcohol aromas and reminds bit of nut oil. Palete is medium and bit watery. Tasted of nut oil, quite nice had this bitter aftertaste. Over all nice beer, quite enjoyable.
