COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The hops in Innovation are the stars of the show. We used Boadicea, Columbus and Styrian Goldings to create punchy grapefruit flavours and aromas of tropical fruits. These are backed up by wheat and pale ale malted barley which add spicy, biscuit flavours and a slight touch of sweetness. The outcome is a wonderfully moreish IPA, packed full of flavour. Silver Medal Winner - The Stockholm Beer Festival 2013. (Contains barley & wheat).

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2016 33cl bottle. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is strong sweet malts, citrus, some sweet tropical fruit, pine. Taste is similar but way less refined, too sweet first and quickly fading into a bitter earthy finish. Medium body, a bit too watery, medium carbonation.

A nice, average, IPA with lots of flavors and the problem here is to give all the flavors enough space to evolve on the palate.

Pours a clear light amber with a low white head. Aromas of caramel, rye bread, ripe apple, butterscotch. Taste is caramel sweetness with a robust malty backbone. Hardly any fruitiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation.

DerGantzel (380) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 2, 2016
Fresh hoppy, sweet malty, citrus, candy aroma. Pale clear liquid with a white head. Medium-high sweetness and light-medium bitterness. Too sweet in my opinion. Soft carbonation, medium-full body.
