COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The hops in Innovation are the stars of the show. We used Boadicea, Columbus and Styrian Goldings to create punchy grapefruit flavours and aromas of tropical fruits. These are backed up by wheat and pale ale malted barley which add spicy, biscuit flavours and a slight touch of sweetness. The outcome is a wonderfully moreish IPA, packed full of flavour. Silver Medal Winner - The Stockholm Beer Festival 2013. (Contains barley & wheat).

Bernsteinfarbenes klares IPA. Es wurden folgende Hopfen verwendet: Boadicea, Columbus und Styrian Golding. Sehr fruchtig, Grapefruit, Pinie, leicht bitterer Abgang, leider für mich aber auch fast etwas zu süß.

Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has toffee malts, aprikots, oranges, some clementine. Clear, golden coloured beer with a thin off white head. The taste is light bitter, has a pleasant toffee - biscuit malt backbone with oranges and aprikots. Easy going decent IPA.

gegwilson (3575) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 6, 2015
Bottle from M&S as Southwold Winter IPA. Pours golden with a good off-white head. The aroma is promisingly grapefruit. The taste is light spice with herbal notes, a touch of pear drop and some bitter pine in the finish. Has the feel of a traditional english IPA despite the US hops. Decent but not great.

Bottle 0.33L. Deep golden body with small, frothy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing; average density of tiny bubbles. Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (citrus) and light-to-moderate malty (grains, biscuits) aroma with notes of fruits (pineapple?). Moderate-to-heavy bitter and moderate sweet flavour; bitterness is even more evident in the finish. Medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation.
