COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The hops in Innovation are the stars of the show. We used Boadicea, Columbus and Styrian Goldings to create punchy grapefruit flavours and aromas of tropical fruits. These are backed up by wheat and pale ale malted barley which add spicy, biscuit flavours and a slight touch of sweetness. The outcome is a wonderfully moreish IPA, packed full of flavour. Silver Medal Winner - The Stockholm Beer Festival 2013. (Contains barley & wheat).

500ml brown bottle. Gold in colour, just a bit of haze. White head, good creaminess and great lacing.Nose has a light fruitiness and mild grapefruit notes. Taste has wheaty malts, trace caramel, big orangey hops with a very light spiciness. Finishes with a bit of grapefruity hops, later notes of orange peel. Bitterness plays a balancing role, not terribly agressive on the hop front, still the hop choices and wheat malt do make for a pretty tasty lighter IPA, it drinks lighter than its 6.7% abv would suggest.

Pint @ The Bitter End Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Manque clairement des arômes propres aux IPA.

Deceptively drinkable 6.7% IPA from Adnams. Pleasingly refreshing on the palate with malty and citrusy undertones. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

martpez (237) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUL 11, 2017
Spicy and fruity. medium bitterness, amber, with resin, hops. The addision of wheat gives it some heavier malts then a standard ipa balancing it out. The finish is a touch to dry for me.

It has mango-like taste make people imagine as if i am in the tropical place. Yet it’s hard to find the food goes with it well. Guess Cooked fish or salad would go well with it.

330ml bottle from whole foods. Not like a usual IPA, taste is ok, pours with no head, not my personal favourite

Servida prácticamente caliente en Covent Garden, Londres. Como es habitual allí. Una IPA que pasa sin pena ni gloria por el paladar.

Tap. Aroma of dried fruit, dried apple, sherry, hints of resin. Sweetish, very light bitterness on finish. Full silky/oily body. Seems oxidized, not at all ipa-like, more of a cream ale. Still quite drinkable.

kaserov (811) - Oviedo, SPAIN - MAR 22, 2017
¿IPA?
