Capped 750 from Tavour. Pours darkly ruddy with beige head. Aroma suggests dark cherry and other dark fruit. Med + body. Flavor is dark fruit, but more berry than fig. Heat is easily ignored. Very nice stuff. marcus (10974) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 5, 2018
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours reddish brown with a thick attractive tan head and a dark fruit aroma. There is a medium-bodied dark molasses flavor with a warm alcohol trail. thomashall (1602) - New Hope, Minnesota, USA - JAN 30, 2018
From notes, rated at Great American Beer Festival. Will add more notes if I get to rate this again. Really good Quad! ABUSEDGOAT (2933) - California, USA - JAN 13, 2018
Dark reddish brown color with a tan head. Aroma is cherry, date, darker fruit, yeast, dark sugar, raisin, alcohol. Medium to full bodied, alcohol present, cherry flavor dominates with a soft yeast finish. American style quads have come a long way since I first tried them, but they still have a ways to go. Good but not great. BVery (11494) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - OCT 8, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 30, 2018 Sampled at GABF 2017 in Denver, CO. Numerical rating only - did not take detailed notes, but this was a pretty delicious quad. Fun to see good examples of this style outside of Belgium.

Appearance: Deep reddish brown. Finger of beige foam with a hint of pink. Opaque.
Nose: Boozy, candy dark cherry syrup, tart cherry. Heady, deep and rich.
Taste: Initially quite candy sweet but then very dark cherry blended with typical quad fruit and floral tones. Big, boozy with alcohol evident.
Body: Medium to full, smooth and velvety.
Parting thoughts: A wonderful wonderful brew. Beyond my expectations taking into considerate my love of dark cherries, Belgian quads and Adroit theory. I struggle to imagine how this could be better.

Some prune. Good balance. A little syrupy like maple but decent balance overall. Dark brown pour. Sweet finish. Some florals. Tap at Savor. radagast83 (8690) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Draft pour at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2017. Poured a dark, nearly pitch black color with a small tan head. Aroma had plenty of dried fruit notes. Strong boozy notes here. Dried cherry, brown sugar notes. barrelagedluv (89) - Pittsburg, California, USA - MAY 6, 2017
Poured into a tulip glass, a creamy crown of foam laces the solid lovely deep crimson ruby hue. A boozy syrupy tart aroma is ripe and provocative. Black cherry rush smacks the lips. Strong hints of an old vine cabernet swirling in tobacco envelope the tongue. Burnt sugar over espresso...the complexities are fathomless. This is liquid cherry Black Forest chocolate! The finish is smooth and mellow, like a good barrel aged ale. The cherries linger on and on. This is easily the best non sour fruit inspired beer I’ve had in recent memory. Cheers Adroit Theory! 22 ounce bottle from Tavour. The beer is a dark brown with a beige head of foam. The aroma has rich chocolate and cherry notes. Heavy malt profile. Sweet at first, then the fruity cherry comes through. Big body and medium carbonation. This is a great beer.
