COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tropical Flavors and Exotic Citrus Flavors meet a semi-sweet body, subtle tartness, hint of salinity. The Illusion of Safety? ...Or should we say the mirage that is our existence? Day in and day out, never deviating from the numbing routine of eat work sleep repeat. Living in complete delusion that material possessions matter. That money, power, and status denote our individual worth. Battling the constant gravitation toward the inevitable; our empty luggage of a carcass - void of meaning, strewn across a deserted highway. The shell we once knew, now a home for the carrion birds.

Sampled at GABF 2017 with Paul, Larry and Joe. Pours a deep, murky orange body with thin white ring of lace. Nose is tart and tropical. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, full flavored with lots of tart passion fruit, tropical fruits and a nice balanced acidity.

Comes close to being carbonated guava puree; tons of particulate and pulp swirling around in here. Passion fruit pops up in the middle, while mild grain notes form a modest base. Missing some of the saltiness you expect, but the fruity finish and rising lacto sourness on the fade are nice. Pretty good pint.

Bomber: Strong new plastic smell, passionfruit on the edges. Dingy golden, headless. Tart lemon, passionfruit, and guava. Very strong and delightfully biscuity end. Light body soft carbonation. Delicious, but the aroma is unpleasant.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, tropical fruit, tart notes. Tastes of stone fruit, tropical fruit, tart acidic notes, lemon lime citrus. Light body with a dry finish.

Poured a small head that dissipates immediately. Looks like tropical nectar with an orangish gold color. No lace. Totally smells like juice. I get both the passion fruit and guava, but definitely more of the guava. Light body, tart and on the dry side. A 50/50 balance of guava and passion fruit. Some tartness and faint salt. Very refreshing!! I think there's vitamins in here. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft taproom. Pours extremely hazy golden - looks like grapefruit juice. Aroma is almost exclusively guava juice. Wow. Flavor is bitter guava juice, green leaves, a little paper. Interesting but it feels heavy like drinking a straight glass of juice.

Opaque with a heavy fruit flavor. Almost looks and feels like a straw-colored orange juice. Not bad on occassion, but I wouldn't drink a lot of them. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the brewery. Poured a very cloudy, opaque, but vibrant with a strong pink/orange hue to it. A delicious flavor explosion in my mouth! Really nice guava and passion fruit. Juicy. It’s lacking a little bit of the salty character I come to expect from a gose, with just a little bit more tartness to it.
