Hazy blond color. Light cereals aroma. Dry mouthfeel, light malt flavor; correct bitterness, light citrusy touch. Correctly brewed but simple.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy yellow with a white head. A little citrusy fruit combined with yeast in the nose. Rather light body, fruit, yeast and phenols. The finish is dry. Pilsener?? This is more of a Belgian Blonde! 050610

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, toasted, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

5th June 2010. Cloudy gold beer. Light crisp palate. Sharp minerals. A little citrus hop. Not much going on here but in the middle of a long day tasting Italian beers this was crisp and refreshing.
