Norwegian: Dette er en karakteristisk IPA frå den amerikanske vestkyststilen. Kjenneteikn ved dette ølet er ein fengjande humlearoma og ein solid bitterheit. IPA går godt med litt robust mat, men kan også nytast åleine.

English: This is an IPA in the style known from the American west coast.

Great blanketing lace from a moderate head. Slight haze to the light amber color. Mild aroma. I detect true flowers as opposed to a floral hop aroma. Lavender? Crystal malt start--slightly sweet with toastiness. Licorice, bitter hop flavor transition. Moderate aftertaste of white pepper. Rich body with a below average carbonation level.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden orange color with off white head. Hoppy aroma, grassy, piney, citrusy fruity, light caramel malty. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Aroma of honey, peaches, mild citrus and grapefruit. Appears golden reddish brown, nice small white head. Extremly well balanced beer with taste of honey, malt, citrus, hop, hints of peaches and pear. Very smooth medium/low carbonation, middle+ body. My favorite ipa, and a beer that can take any food-challenge.

Hazy orange with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus and some mild English yeast notes. Dry, fruity, herbal and floral finish. Overall: summer is here!

Clear brown pour with light head. Slightly sour aftertaste, but in a pleasant way. Not very carbonated. Really nice flavor that reminds me of American style IPA.

On tap at Ægir, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is quite spicy, with a crisp crackery malt and very mild spicy hop character. Changing my rating here as the first time I had this it was diacetyl infected. A mild, spicy, crisp IPA. Decent.

bjakk (789) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - MAR 23, 2015
Clear brown, white nice foam. Rotten meat in the first sniff, but it develops towards strong cheese as it goes along. Not that nice aroma. The taste is good (if you dont inhale on the sips). Malt, toffee, with growing malt aftertaste. High in carbon

Smells like feet. Colour is clear amber. Mild bitterness. Pretty alright if I hold my nose.

Okay ipa, nothing out of the ordinary, could've been hoppier! From draft at studentersamfundet, trondheim! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

metalspice (1002) - Jevnaker, NORWAY - MAR 6, 2015
Hadde forventet mer.
