LCI. Uit de fles geschonken. Heerlijke BA imp porter. Mooie smaken van gebrande mout, hout, vanille, zacht bitter, beetje boozy. Topper!

EvNa (779) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - MAR 16, 2018
Bottle. Color: Almost black, thin beige head. Taste: Under medium sweet roasted malt, notes of chocolate, decent bitterness. The Jack Daniels is coming in after a short time. Notes of vanilla. Syrupy, under average carbonation. Over medium body. Lightly boozy. Well balanced, nice, not overwhelming, barrel aging and some complexity. Smooth finish. Good imperial porter to enjoy slow sipping on a quiet evening.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Barrel present but not for the good. Long heavy bitter finish.

Zlotta (4519) - Hagen, GERMANY - OCT 1, 2017
Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Clear, very dark red to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and some vanilla. Very sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of milk chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla and coffee, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy-dry finish. Full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
