Bottled 500ml Arkadia. Hazy deep amber color, small off-white head. Strong sweet hop-malty aroma. Piney-syrapy. Full-bodied. Sweet, malty, piney-resiny. Alcoholic finish. Too sweet DIPA for my liking, but not a disaster of course. Lacks also depth of its "brother", Nogne #100.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour, thick off-white head. Caramel-malty aroma with sweet exotic fruits, citrus and notes of pine. The flavour is sweet, caramel-malty, with peaches and citrus, and a resiny hoppy finish. A bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise an excellent beer.

Bottle 500ml @ home from Vinmonopolet. Golden orange with nice head. Tempting aroma, I get sweet and bitter at the same time, along with fruits. Peach? Taste is smooth, nicely balanced. I get much the same as in the aroma. Fine bitterness, but not to much. Excellent DIPA.

Fantastic! The aroma contains berries and fruits and a bunch of other natural and unnatural notes, so your nose and brain really struggle with identifying them all. But in general they all result in this fantastic aroma, and I could probably sit all evening and just enjoy. The taste is (close to) perfectly bitter, and the beer is also quite winy and heavy and complex. Nice!

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Hazy pale amber color. Sweet perfumed aroma with orange, lemon, pine and pineapple. Bittersweet taste of orange, kumquat, lemon, pine, toffee and canned pineapple. Full body. Fairly good double IPA with plenty of tropical fruit complexity.

Hazy light brown beer with a beige head. Very sweet and fruity thick aroma with mildly soapy notes. Quite a full body with thick and soft mouth feel. The hops are strong but soft and not at all sharp. There’s some alcohol and alcohol warmth in the taste. Lots of caramel sweetness. Medium grape fruity after taste. Quite good but not the best of the genre.

500 ml bottle. BB 01/15. (Alko) Helsinki, Finland.
Murky reddish brown colour with a tiny bubbly off-white head. Deep hoppy aroma with moderate bitterness, fruitiness and sweetish maltiness. Seems to be rather balanced DIPA. Is it? The flavour is very strong. It’s extremely sweet. Fruity, piney and resiny hops, moderate bitterness, very dark hoppiness, sweet malt and some herbs in the flavour. It is balanced. There’s some alcohol too but that’s quite well hidden. Very sweet and malty. Still rather enjoyable.
