COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled (backlog). Slightly hazy goldeny orange colour with a creamy off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, alcoholic and quite evident honey as well. Flavour is similar with also some herbs, grass and sappy notes balacing it up.

Bottle in our quirky Oslo Hotel. Hazy amber beer, little off white head. Light crisp palate. Very light for it’s abv. Smooth hops but with presence. Sweet grass and pine. Just a trace of tropical fruits. Minerals and creamy malt. Semi dry finish with very mild bitter linger. In a world of big heavy DIPAs this one stands out for it’s lightness, also for hiding the abv. Dangerously drinkable.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 26, 2011
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a cloudy amber with loads of tiny impurities and an off-white head. Very delicious hop accents of tropical fruits. Solid body, heavy fruitiness with an excessive residual sweetness. And underneath the hops lurk all the way through leaving a bitter finish. 261111
