On tap, thanks to Stig at Cardinal. Hard to get any beer at all out of the foamy draught. Finally we managed to get a finger thick, murky, chestnut colored body, covered by a four fingers thick head, creamy and light brown. Spicy Belgo yeast, raw and wooden notes. Acidic, sour and light bitter and spicy flavors. Medium to full body. Dry tongue. Light astringent. Infected.

On tap, 250ml, 5.5% ABV, at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri. White layer, great lacing. Opaque, amber-red body. Fruity to the nose, some dusty hops and wheat. Dark wheat, tart fruits and bread-like malts in flavour. Mild hoppy ending. Medium bodied (Oslo, 01.04.2011). daje (4341) - NORWAY - APR 7, 2011
On tap at Amundsen. Dark red/brown color, white inch thick head. Sweet aroma with grain, spice and caramel. Sweet taste that’s very close to the aroma, but with more sweetness. Bitterness is ok, a nice different beer from Ægir Meilby (11365) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 30, 2011

Pours cloudy dark golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, malt and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap at @ Håndverkerstuene. Murky brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild bready and fruity, with a hint of acidity in the background. Flavor is moderate malty, quite fruity, bread, some caramel, yeast and ester. Medium body. There is something here, but all in all quite subdued flavors. After the first few sips this beer becomes more neutral and average. Interesting and easy to drink, but not my favorite.

Tap @ Hånderkerstuene. Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a decent slightly beige head. Quite fruity and malty aroma, hints of acid and spices. It has a taste I’ve never before experienced, much like the stuff mentioned in the aroma. Kinda full palate, nice carbonation and hops. On tap at Håndverkerstuene. Amber colour with a minimal head. Aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, malts, syrup and bananas. Flavour is sweet as well. From tap@Håndtverkerstuene, Oslo. Hazy nut-brown with a reddish hue, topped by medium, mostly lasting sand-colored head. Pleasantly sharp aroma of bread-crust and husky grains. Also a banana-fruitiness and notes of mild spices. Full-flavored. Caramelly and sharp grainy malts. Medium sweet with a note sourish rye-bread. Pepper tones. Properly hopped. Grassy and earthy hop flavor with a solid bitterness underneath. Healthy body. Fresh and crisp on the palate. Nice sourish malty endnotes. Tasty and well-crafted.
