The Wit is a traditional Belgian Wit, though with a good deal more spices (orange peel and coriander) then one might find in the typical examples. (Formerly at 5.5%)

Bottle. Low but lasting white creamy head. Hazy milky yellow body. Yeasty wheat dusty lemon banana aroma. Mild and smooth nutty wheat citrus flavor with low carbonation and a long sweet finish.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2017

330 ml can with 360 End bought at YATA in YOHO Mall, Yuen Long.

Looks: Translucent golden yellow colour with a cloud of misty yeast particles; Half finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 40 seconds; Good sticky lacing with notable slight carbonation.

Aroma: Fragrant fair malt, with strong wheat, strong orange peels, strong corianders, oranges, floral, light sugar, dry biscuits, yeast and light grass.

Taste: Close to medium sweet light malt, with strong wheat, light tartness, orange peels, orange, coriander, light floral, sugar, biscuits, light lemon, light bitter hops and grass.

Body: Mid to light body. Dry, crisp and slightly slick palate.

Mouth Feel: Fair maltyness in a fairly solid background. Wheaty and smooth. Strong doses of orange peels, oranges and coriander with strong carbo, fair floral and medium sweetness makes it a breeze to drink. Biscuity with lemon to round. Easy and nice!

Hoppiness: Floral and light grass in nose. Lemon light floral and grass in taste; Bitterness is light for an abrupt light-astringent sweet-bitter wheaty finish.

After Taste: Dry. Spicy and light bitter to mouth.

Comments: This is a very straight forward Belgian White, with healthy load of orange peels and coriander which work well with a carboed body and nice swetness. It's cool and refreshing. Better than average Witbier. Will buy again!

Sampled from tap at ’Craftbeer Corner Coeln’. Crystal clear, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, yeasty, very spicy and slightly fruity aroma of orange peel, coriander, peach and some banana. Moderately sweet, very spicy, yeasty and slightly fruity taste of coriander, orange peel, peach, some wheat and a touch of banana, followed by a short, minimally bitter, slightly yeasty and rather spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Lovely pale golden witbier, with a pleasing creamy head and a satisfying light spice finish. Orange and tangerine citrus that gives way to a smooth finish. Really enjoyed this.

Mai17: lys hazy. Lavt hvitt skum. Dufter søtt og syrlig med hint av banan. Smaker lett, syrlig og søtt. Enkelt øl, men litt for søtlig. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from Booths, Windermere. Cloudy straw coloured with a thick white head. It has a sweet floral citrus and vanilla flavour with bubblegum, cloves and lemon on the smooth finish. Good.

33cl can from Beer52.com. A hazy straw pour with a billowing but fast fading white head; sweet grainy bubble gum and banana taste; with a touch of spice. More a Hefeweizen than a Witbier.

BeerViking (4989) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2017
Open-topped can from All Good Beer, nose has light milky yeast, more like a Hefeweizen than a Wit in many ways. Poured out it’s hazy yellow with a fine white head, body is drier than a Hefeweizen and more spicy. Moderately herbal and bitter, more so than many Wits. Interesting.

gnoff (10793) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2017
50 cl bottle at Cafe Valuta, Hamar, on April 22, 2017.
Clear golden color, very small white to off-white head. Wort, sweet, canned tomatoes scent. Malty, crisp, dry taste. Malty, cream aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
