The Wit is a traditional Belgian Wit, though with a good deal more spices (orange peel and coriander) then one might find in the typical examples. (Formerly at 5.5%)

Can. Golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is citrusy and yeasty, and the flavour is dry with citrusy and sweet yeasty notes. Overall a nice witbier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Esters, wheat and other grain malts, light spices. Hazy, pale gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light sweet. More grain and wheat malts, spices, light bitterness continues, some floral notes, soft carbonation, light bodied, bitter, lightly grassy and grainy finish. OK Witbier, yet nothing too exciting. Can from Whole Foods, Kensington.

Hazy pale yellow, thin head. Light, floral grassy, banana aroma. Taste has banana, some sharp citrus, bread, some hop. Light and a touch lively. Really quite pleasant.

Coriander and orange/citrus aroma, very noticeable and pleasant. Appearance is quite golden and fairly clear (i.e. not cloudy). The coriander is noticeable upon drinking and a slightly lingering bitterness presents itself at the end that overpowers the coriander/orange/citrus flavors. It has mild carbonation, leaving it with thin body (at least thinner than I would like), and finishes dry.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is citrus, orange peel, spicy. Taste is the same. Medium carbonation. A bit too spicy for me.

Tåkete gyllengult med fint hvitt skum. Pære veldig fremtredende i duften sammen med litt moden banan og krydder. pære også smaken sammen med mer tradisjonelle smaker for en wit. Litt tørr avslutning.

Can from Booths, Media City. Golden-amber with a haze. Slightly watery tasting with a fizz and a light citrus tropical fruitiness.

Unusual can whereby all the lid came off with the pull. Small white head immediately left a skim on a hazy yellow coloured body with light carbonation. Very fruity aroma of orange, lemon & yeast. Thin on the palate, minimal carbonation, smooth. Feels quite flat. Zesty tastes of tangerine, lemon, citrus, with yeast & spices. Sweeter on the aft.

Can, best before 15.4.2017, from cogo, drunk 8/9/16, thanks, Christer!
A small, white head tops a lightly hazy, bright, tangerine-golden body. Retention is moderate.
With a bit of age on it, the spices/herbs have faded leaving more Belgian esters (light lemon, tangerine, apple and a hint of banana) and balanced maltiness (cookies, vanilla, biscuit, wheat). It’s exceptionally clean, as Aegir has proven to be 100% of the time now, through 6 or 7 of their beers. It’s nice they leave some yeast behind, which no doubts aids in this. Light bubble gum, juicy citrus and soft honey lingering on the finish, with very gentle acidity and pepper phenols and no alcohol.
In the mouth there’s light herbal dryness and pepper, balancing a touch of honey, lots of dry wheat and a soft, moderately carbonated texture. Very mild flavors all around, but the malt and wheat is highly enjoyable, and complements the phenols in keeping the beer dry. Again, nothing flashy, but just solid and very well-executed to-style.
