Chocolatey aroma base, spicy too - clove, some anis, and even pepperiness. Light palate, carbonation lively. Chocolatiness pleasant. Finish is very nicely bitter, so dry (Anna finds it less so but wouldn't mind a chance to judge it again...). Aged well. Possible underrate - I imagine I'd like a fresh one even more.

Bottle shared at Hop Swap February 2017 - Cock Tavern. Pours black-brown with a moderate, creamy tan head. The nose holds light roast, milk chocolate, maybe some faint earthy notes. Medium sweet flavour, lightly drying, with some leathery berries, a little baking cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Slightly drying in the finish, with further baking cocoa, scorched earth, mellow roast, some burnt pine. Enjoyable gear. vinivini (3009) - Gomel, BELARUS - DEC 11, 2016
Deep brown to black, opaque, moderate creamy head. Nice lacing. A: coffee, earth, roast, fruity & spicy American hop. Medium body. The flavour is interesting. Porteresque notes go along with notable fresh fruitiness. Light bitterness. Quite different one
