Small white head doesn’t last. Clear yellow body. Grainy earthy aroma with buttery waxy notes. Sweetish grainy waxy taste with earthy apple notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish buttery strawy aftertaste with grainy notes. I couldn’t finish it. (0.5l bottle, from some Russian supermarket in St Petersburg.)

19-05-2017; fles; thuis (bought somewhere in Moscow, Russia) The looks of the beer are nice. It is simple, but looks good. Nice clear looks, golden yellow color and on top some nice white rough foam. The bulk of the foam collapses quickly, leaving a nice drape. Not bad. The smell is nice. I like it. The smell is quite malty, giving lovely sweet aromas. There is also a lovely sweet yeasty touch, giving some fruits and some lovely fullness to it. There is also a lovely bitterness of the hops, with some citrus touches. Not bad, but not very special. The taste is also nice. Nice sweeter malts and some bitter hops. The two are in quite good balance. Not that special, but definitely not bad. It is just a good pale lager. Easy to drink on a party, and better than some of the major breweries. Tha palate is good, but simple. Medium body, a bit slick and a nice carbonation. The finish contains some nice hops. Not bad. Good pale lager.
