Bottle: Unfiltered
Bright, yellow-golden with a firm, dense head. Natural carbonation and a carefully balanced aroma of fresh bread, banana spice, citrus and hints of vanilla.
A smooth taste. Malty, nutty softness followed by the roundess of tropical fruit and then a dry, light bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, round mouth-feel. A bright, refreshing finish. the final note on swirling has stronger notes of banana, yeasty spice and a hoppy aroma.

0,33l bottle. Clear golden colour with medium lasting white head. Aroma: Candy sugar, leather, floral notes. Taste: Sweet malty start with floral/fruity tones with a great medium bitter mouthfeel. I think the sweet and bitter caracters are in balance, very pleasent drinking feel. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Long pleasent bitter finish. I think its a quite enjoyable belgian ale.

A bottle from LApero, drunk at home. Aroma: hay and bread. Appearance: clear golden amber, minimal lacing. Palate: medium-bodied and slick, average carbonation, long fruity finish. Taste: predominantly sweet, I can taste the banana and vanilla. Well-balanced, very warming for its ABV. Good beer.

Birra dal colore dorato. Schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Allolfatto, malto, caramello, frutta candita e marmellata di agrumi. Al palato abbastanza corposa con note di caramello e miele. Nel finale lievemente amara con un accenno allo speziato. Birra buona, molto beverina.

Keg at Den Engel, Leek. A slightly hazy golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of bready malts, vanilla, some wheat, slight sugar, a little banana, apricot, orange and subtle spice. Taste of bready malts, wheat, sugar, some vanilla, slight banana, a little caramel, a hint of apricot, orange, a touch of sugar and subtle spice. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, yeasty, fruity bitterness in the finish. An interesting and complex Belgian ale. Half way between a wheat beer and a tripel. Lots of classic weissbier flavours of wheat, vanilla and banana with a balance of bready malts, fruit and a touch of spice. Boozy for its strength but enjoyable.

18-75 Bar in Mecure Montmartre, Paris The ale poured a clear color with white head. This was nice surprise for me. I normally have problems with Belgian ales. The taste of bananas and sweet bread. The medium body ale has average carbonation. The finish was very smooth with bananas in the aftertaste.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2017 The smell is not special. But the taste is fresh and fruity and got a nice yellow collar if you poured in a glass. But everything says in this beer that hes got a big brother where the taste is perfected. And yes he exists and it calls affligem tripple. But overall this is a good beer to drink without the danger you got with drinking triples.
