A decent abbey beer, but it doesn’t really compare to the subtlety and balance of the regular offerings. The additional hops offer a slightly more bitter sensation, grassy, with bits of lemonyness. puboflyons (3529) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 28, 2013
From the corked, caged bottle stamped 12-117-01/14:11-1171. The pour is is orange-copper with a modest off-white head and floating sediment. I love floatees. The aroma is on the subtle side but it does have the Belgian malt and sugar characters as well as grass and cellar mustiness. The body is light to medium. There is nothing in-your-face about the taste. It has a mellower maltiness, pepper spice, and a slightly lingering dry finish. But it was a nice one. MrW (770) - Mechelen, BELGIUM - SEP 17, 2013
Taster from bottle @ BBW 2013
Aroma: cirtus, sweet, grassy, floral.
Pours blond, head quickly fades, misty.
Taste is herbal, honey, fruits.
Full taste, lot of carbo, yet soft feel, late bitterness. Easy drinking! smith4498 (3687) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - SEP 12, 2013
Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with off white head. Light fruity aroma with floral and grassy hops. Grassy and fruity flavor with some doughy yeast. Moderate sweetness. Medium body with lively carbonation. FROTHINGSLOSH (8267) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a chunky bright orange with a huge foamy-soapy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart orange, lemon, bread dough and apple. The flavor was sweet and tart lemon, orange, honey, bread dough and perfumey hops. Long sweet honey, orange, lemon, bread and perfume finish. Moderately full bodied. Quite nice.

Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream head. Floral and spice aroma with woodsiness and yeast. Citrus and floral flavor with grass and yeast. Medium bodied. Light summer fruit and yeast lingers with yeast, floral notes, and spice. jgb9348 (6579) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast, sugars, light malt and quite a bit of fruits. Medium-bodied; Strong sugar flavour of apricots and pears with a little yeast note, some lighter malt and wheat notes and a bit of floral and grassiness on the end. Aftertaste shows more sugars than anything else with an emphasis on yeast and wheat with the rest of the flavours related to sugars, fruit and a light sweetness. Overall, a surprisingly nice ale with a good yeast characteristic and some smooth fruity notes. Yet another example of a great beer that you can find almost everywhere over here that no one thinks anything of! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased for €2,25 from Bier Tempel in Bruxelles, Belgium on 12-August-2013 sampled a few hours later in my hotel room here in Sainte Catherine, Brussels, Belgium on 12-August-2013. 750ml bottle. Lightly sweet, fruity, herbal aroma, with notes of honey, melon, pear, powdered sugar, some toasty, bready malt and faint hop spice in the background. Clear light-medium golden in color with a lasting, foamy head of white and gobs of lacing. Flavor profile is similarly lightly sweet and fruity, with touches of lemon, bubblegum, grassy, green, herbal, spicy hop flavor, yellow cake, honey and closing with a dash of hop bitterness. Effervescent and light on the palate, semi-dry, with a medium body. Pretty drinkable but not what I would consider remarkable. madmitch76 (26366) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUL 28, 2013

Light haze on this gold -amber beer. Big pale cream coloured head. Palate is crispy and a little dry. Minerals. Sweet banana esters dominate but are tempered by a nice lemony tang and a pinch of white pepper. Finishes dry with some creamy malt coming through. Not bad!
750 bottle from Save On. Golden with lasting head and lace. Tart aroma with citrus pastry herbs. Medium honey vanilla peachy sugar sweetness with assertive bitter finish some tartness. Nice creamy smooth soft mouthfeel. Might actually be a touch to bitter. More hops should have gone to aroma. Still very good.
