Bottle @ Geroen tasting. Pours clear golden yellow, bubbly white head. Lemon lemonade nose, C-fruit aroma over watery spritzy (slightly metallic) body. Short bitter finish.

Geproefd op 23-11-2013, Affligem Cuvee 950 is een zeer lekker abdij-bier, zelfs beter dan hun gewone "Cuvee".

Chudwick (3441) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - APR 22, 2016
bomber with no date. Nose is caramel, grass, leafy aromas and a little funk. Sip is better than I imagined: a little fruitiness and a fruitcake. Balanced upfront but a little bitter on the finish. Slight cheese/butter on finish as well.

75 cl Bottle - BBD= 14/03/2014 Expired two years ago, this beer did not loose any of his strength. Maybe a bit less hoppy than it used to be. Very citrussy, but not too much. A very complex beer, although the 6,8 %. Love it and would go for it again.

30cl bottle at home. Somewhat hazy golden with a full white soapy head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with herbal bitterness. Citrus, peach, malts, yeast and grass. Mediocre Belgian brew.

Bottle:   Dirty orange, lots of flakey sediment floating about, moderate to large frothy head, spotty lacing.   Honey and pale breadiness on the nose, a bit of sweet melon as well.   Sweet doughy start, a bit of melon and honey, bready backside.   Bubbley on the tongue.   Backside gives me a little pear like fruitiness.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Not as musty or barnish as other Belgians, moreso fruity.   Not bad.

330ml bottle - thanks Marduk! (5:3:5+:3:11=2.7+)
Big acetone nose, apple essence chemicals. Yeasty fingerprint too. Gold persistent tight head. Simple apple estery and yeasty taste. Quite light palate, pleasant carbonation. Not saying strong from alcohol, saying strong from solvents instead.

Marduk (8622) - Reval, ESTONIA - SEP 12, 2015
